The final tally for today's referendum - 320 YES and 256 NO - was a win for decent sanitary facilities at our two town beaches. Voters rejected the NO vote appeals from CCA proxy groups CRABS, E-COLI and CHOLERA and voted for a common sense solution.
The vote for the overall town budget is YES by a margin of 360 to 217.
