One of my Facebook friends in Texas wrote "I know, i know my FB friends. Texas is once again in the news for a crazy stupid idea. I can only ask you to please do the same as our Lord Jesus Christ did and pray: 'forgive them Father for they know not what they do.' And don't pay attention to it. We are a colorful bunch down here."
But I would like to suggest you consider signing another petition, below the break.
First, if you would like to add encouragement to Texas leaving the USA you can add your name to that petition here. There doesn't seem to be a requirement to be a Texas resident to support it!
