ISS returns to C-Town sky tonight at 5:46 PM

ISS fly-over of Charlestown tonight
By Will Collette

Based on the current "mostly clear" weather report, there is a good chance of being able to watch the International Space Station fly over Charlestown tonight at 5:46 PM.

A couple of nights ago, we had a similar forecast, but unfortunately it turned out to be "mostly cloudy." The great thing about the ISS, though, is that it DOES return and often either the next day or soon after.

Here is the notice I just received from NASA:
Time: Sat Dec 03 5:46 PM, Visible: 2 min, Max Height: 46°, Appears: 30° above W, Disappears: 30° above NNE.

The National Weather Service has this to say about tonight's weather: "Mostly clear, with a low around 29. Northwest wind 9 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph."
I hope you can see it. But if not, there will be plenty more sightings to come.
