Charlestown Residents United Fundraiser! When: Tuesday, July 14, 5-7 pm. Where: The Breachway Grill, 1 Charlestown Beach Road. Why: To support the good work the members of CRU have achieved since gaining the majority on the council, keeping the tax rate low, accomplishing major public works projects like repairing the breachway and paving Charlestown Beach Road, and protecting the rural nature of our town. What: Pizza and wings, with a cash bar.
