Your Sunday Funnies

Your Progressive Charlestown staff enjoys several cartoonists specializing in political humor and commentary, occasionally posting articles with a teaser panel and link to cartoons we like. We've done this throughout the week but now we've decided to streamline our daily offerings by combining our cartoons in one Sunday Funnies article.

We'll also add other short national issues pieces here instead of in separate articles. That will reduce our daily article count and make it easier for people who don't share our views on national issues to skip them. As always, we appreciate any feedback you have.

The intro panel we showed on Wednesday

Last Wednesday we ran an article about Daryl Cagle's blog talking about how cartoonists were preparing alternative versions of cartoons in preparation for the Supreme Court healthcare ruling on Thursday, using David Fitzsimmons' work as an example.

In addition to providing good material about cartoonists around the healthcare bill, Daryl Cagle also released a clever cartoon on the Presidential campaign. A portion is shown below and you can seen it in its entirety here.
