Community Cooking demonstrates ideas for easy, healthy meals.
Healthy Recipes for Nutrition Month
Since March is National Nutrition Month, we wanted to share a few recipes that are nutritious, delicious and easy to make – even on a limited budget. These recipes are part of our Community Cooking nutrition education program which helps guests of member agencies create healthier meals on a tight budget, using staples commonly found in a food pantry.

Meals4Kids Featured in Newsletter
Our most recent newsletter, A Place at the Table, highlights the struggles Rhode Islanders face when they can’t make ends meet. In this edition, you'll read how our Meals4Kids program is helping a mom of three who relocated to Providence after being displaced by Hurricane Maria. You’ll also learn more about the high level of food insecurity in Rhode Island and how we can take action to help our neighbors in need.
