Rhode Island still has votes to count

So today, the BOE expects to finish counting all the regular mail-in votes. However, votes from military personnel posted overseas, Americans abroad, provisional ballots cast on Election Day that needed to be verified and finally, mail ballots that came in with an error, but were corrected by Election Day will counted over the next several days.

In Charlestown, these final ballots could change the positioning of Town Council candidates vying for the third, fourth and fifth slots.
