Trump Headed To Court for Alleged Intimate Acts with 13-Year Old Girl
By M.A. Tobin
court docRepublican presidential nominee Donald Trump is facing civil charges for allegedly having inappropriate intimate contact with a 13-year old girl. Federal Judge Ronnie Abrams has set the date for December 16, 2016, in New York District court.

According to The Guardian:

The original federal lawsuit, filed in June, alleged that “Jane Doe” was sexually assaulted by Trump in 1994 at Epstein’s Manhattan home. Further claims were made that the real estate billionaire raped the then teenager at parties hosted by Epstein on the Upper East Side.

The court document alleges that “Jane Doe” who was 13-years old at the time, was improperly touched by Trump and Epstein, and subjected to:

… Acts of … misconduct, criminal sexual acts, sexual abuse, forcible touching, assault, battery, intentional and reckless infliction of emotional distress, duress, false imprisonment, and threats of death and/or serious bodily injury by the Defendants that took place at several parties during the summer months of 1994.

The lawsuit names Jeffrey E. Epstein as Trump’s co-defendant.

Billionaire financier, Jeffrey Epstein was an options trader at Bear Stearn’s before starting his own firm, J. Epstein & Co., in 1982.

Epstein spent 13 months in prison for similar crimes, and has long been associated with controversial scandals, and Donald Trump.

Trump and Epstein have called the claims in this case false. However, Epstein “did plead guilty to soliciting a minor in 2008,” according to the NY Daily News.

The December 16th, hearing will help decide whether Trump and Epstein will face trial, if out-of-court settlement can’t be reached.
