Where is Hermine?

With lawns and gardens still parched, a little rain would be nice. But where is this monster storm that has been dawdling its way up the Coast?

Not that I want a weather disaster - far from it. But we REALLY need the rain.

Here is Hermine's latest position and track according to the National Hurricane Center. Below the fold is the National Weather Service forecast for Charlestown.

Tropical storm conditions possible. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 71. North wind 17 to 22 mph.
Tonight
Tropical storm conditions possible. A chance of showers, mainly after 9pm. Cloudy, with a low around 65. Northeast wind 23 to 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Tuesday
Tropical storm conditions expected. A chance of showers. Patchy fog before 9am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 76. Northeast wind 31 to 36 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Tuesday Night
Tropical storm conditions expected. A chance of showers. Patchy fog after 10pm. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a low around 67. Northeast wind 31 to 36 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Wednesday
Tropical storm conditions possible. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11am. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Partly sunny, with a high near 80. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
