Is it a coincidence but wasn't Ronald Reagan's worst appointments ANNE GORSUCH who tried to run the EPA into the ground? Oh yeah, Anne Gorsuch is MOTHER to Trump's pick for the US Supreme Court. She was the first federal agency head cited for Contempt of Congress. She died of cancer in 2004 at age 62.
